Well, nearly the same: because even the end game is based on options. At the end of the game, the end result will be the same. You can, of course, opt to complete main missions only: or for that matter, all the main missions, buddy missions, and all forty side jobs. My walkthrough is meant to be a guide to completing main missions and buddy missions. The player can also choose optional side missions for pay or to unlock new weapons. Combine that with the option driven storyline where a player can choose to either complete a main mission as a stand alone campaign or complete an accompanying buddy mission before completing the main mission and you've got one heck of a game.
